As everyone needs every now and then, this week was one to take stock, and do a general tidy up:
 |
| The gaming table was covered with crap ... |
 |
| ... as was most of the floor! |
Given that lockdown is now easing, and I have a game coming up soon (!), it needed to happen. No photos of the "after" state unfortunately, but it was certainly good for getting the mind in order (and the piles of rubbish!) ... but did mean that there was only 1 specifically miniatures activity that completed this week:
A) Games Workshop 6th Edition Bretonnian Trebuchet:
 |
| Bretonnian Trebuchet - based on 75mm round base for the Ninth Age ... |
You may have noticed that I painted the crew for this a few weeks back, however they now actually have a War Machine to man!
 |
| Get to it lads - a machine to crew at last! |
This model is one of the first Warhammer Fantasy Battle models I ever owned (from the 2003/4 Bretonnian Army Boxset released for 6th Edition). One of my favourites, and I'm so glad to finally have it painted. However, that also is it for this week! Sooo ...
B) Year-to-date:
Painted : = 147 + 1 = 148 (Stretching the lead over purchased by just the one this week!)
Printed = 47
Purchased = 128
A boring week in all, but one that was good to stop and take stock. As we get to the end of Q1, I look back on what I've achieved in the last 3 months (which is significantly more than I've achieved probably in the previous 2+ years!) and realise that I'm doing something right. Hopefully this realisation will give me motivation and spur me on to the same levels of productivity in the next 3 months ... only time will tell!
Until next time ...
